Words:

have we forgotten, are we too far away to remember the connections that link us to the natural world, all living things such a beautiful place, I miss it already (la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la) we found a source, a force in the depths down where eons had buried remains dead better for now, better for then, when better forever, that’s not the case (la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la) flip the priorities at people and planet at the center, not overpowered industry who were meant to serve us, not us them unrestrained capitalism kills in a finite world (la la la la la la la la la la la la la) what is the goal? Destroy everything given us? Extract, Produce, Consume, Tra[n]sfer all resources to imagined currency Goldilocks is just a place that is (nowhere else, nowhere else, nowhere else) ups and downs, highs and lows, where to go if we lose connection, we lose purpose unchecked power for some, then for none, remember we were stitched together for a time
